The hand in the clue is on the statue of Asa Philip Randolph inside Back Bay Station.
This is a most appropriate place for this memorial since Randolph was a union organizer and early civil rights leader.
In 1925 he organized the Brotherhood of Sleeping Car Porters.
The statue is by sculptor Tina Allen and was installed in 1986.
