Our Sunday Dog, Mr. Blue Jeans (better known to his friends as “Blue”), is quite the character. He was out for a walk the other day and stopped to say hello. Actually, he was hanging out in front of a building where he hoped to see a German Shepherd fraulein friend who lives there.
Of course, we completely understood. And, Blue didn’t seem to mind getting acquainted while he stood watch (we suspect our pats & scratches didn’t hurt either).
This hansome guy is a seasoned traveler– he’s driven cross-country, twice! Mr. Blue Jeans is very friendly and even talks a little (he woos).
His person said Blue is about four and might be part Mal, Husky, or Australian. He was rescued from a shelter where he’d lived for a year! No one seemed to want him. His eyes were too expressive for some people.
Their loss is our gain. We’re happy you landed in Boston, Blue. You’re a great Sunday Dog!
Oh, and, we hope your fraulein friend finally appeared!
