The Stink Trees are Back and....

This year they've bloomed early.

The last time we told you about them it was the end of June.

Now their strange smelling flowers are not only on the trees...

... they're on the ground.

Thanks to Sunday's storm I had the misfortune of meeting one close up, on the street, where it smelled even worse than it did 30 feet above my nose.
