"Work is expected to begin August 20 and be completed by the end of November on the Fairfield Street and Silber Way [Sherborn Street] pedestrian bridges and on the railroad bridge that crosses Storrow Drive under the BU Bridge," said DCR spokesperson Wendy Fox.
There will also be traffic restrictions on Storrow Drive.
(This is the Fairfield Street pedestrian bridge.)
A public meeting will be held Thursday, August 19 to discuss the project and answer questions.
Time & Place: 6:30 p.m.-8 p.m at Community Boating, 21 David Mugar Way, on the Esplanade near DCR’s Hatch Shell.
