We had stopped to talk to a neighbor a few weeks ago, when she suddenly pointed and said, "Look at that!" This furry, inquisitive face was peering out at all of us, including our Maggie. And, Penny captured the moment.
I couldn't help but imagine what this little guy was thinking. Maybe it was just a, "Can I come and play with you?" look.
Of course, there's always the possibility that standing by the mail slot indicated a more sinister plan was being hatched – (mail carriers take note).
We don't know much about this week's Sunday Dog, but still thought you'd enjoy the irresistible little face behind the glass.

* Update: Over the weekend, we spotted a little white dog who looked an awful lot like the pup in this post and had to ask his person where they lived. Mystery solved. His name is Sammy and, as it turns out, he was eager to introduce himself and set the record straight. Sammy wagged his tail and assured us that he is very fond of mail carriers.
