Ezra "Speed" Anderson stopped by the Boston Speed Dog Wagon this week to say hello to old friends, and meet some of the newest fans of the hot dog he created so many years ago.
While Chef Greg Gale prepped the famous hot dogs and the new grilled pastrami sandwiches, "Speed" held court by the picnic tables. It was a pleasure to shake his hand and thank him for the high standards he set and for finding a man like Greg to continue the tradition.
We introduced a friend to her first Speed Dog and Grilled Pastrami Sandwich on this lunch trip. She loved both, can't decide which she likes best, and was already planning her next trip to the Speed Wagon.
