Beanstock Coffee Roasters

We've added Beanstock Coffee Roaster beans to our coffee bean rotation. This is the coffee we buy when we are in Provincetown. There, we use our AeroPress to make a deep rich coffee extract from the beans. The combination makes us miss our espresso machine a bit less. 

This year we decided to try out the beans back here with our usual method and we've been so happy that we've just placed a second order. 

In P-Town, we buy our beans from Angel Foods. We ran into Jon (that's him in the photo) from Beanstock refilling the bins one day. It was great to be able to thank one of the roasters for our great vacation coffee. 

But, talking to Jon made us think. This is a local company from Wellfleet MA. They care about the quality of their product. They have Organic and Fair Trade coffee beans. So why are we only enjoying it on vacation? Why are we buying coffee from out of our area?

Our first weekend home, we ordered from Beanstock's online store. That order arrived very quickly and showed every sign of being extremely fresh and roasted to perfection. We like a very robust, rich coffee so we've opted for their Black Fish Creek Blend. We've tried the Mexican Decaf and have just ordered the Welfleet Blend Decaf. 

We also noticed Beanstock bags in some of our favorite Cape Cod restaurants. Let us know where you find Beanstock Coffee Roaster's Coffee.
