The lovely Miss lilibeth and her bouncy sister Gisselle are stopping by today from their home in Michigan. They're here to issue a hot car alert to their Boston pals. These pretty girl dogs made us aware of a resource to help all dog lovers prevent hot weather deaths from dogs left in cars.
Please click over to My Dog is Cool and learn just how hot a car can get on a day like today.
The folks at My Dog is Cool have conducted a study and posted the results. If you think it's safe to leave your dog in the car with the window cracked, they have the facts to change your mind.
They've also created tools and tricks to help everyone who wants to educate people about the danger of leaving dogs in cars.
Miss lilibeth (West Highland White Terrier) and her sister Gisselle (Bearded Collie) are part of a wonderful group of friends from across the country. We're united by our love for dogs and work with various dog rescue organizations.
As you can guess from their photo, these girls live with a very talented photographer and a most creative lady. She uses her artistic talent, and business skills to raise amazing amounts of money for dog rescue work.
Each of the girls has her own website filled with glorious photos and stories of their adventures. And, they sell wonderful products that result in big contributions to assist other dogs.
Some of you have seen their scrunchies and bandanas on our Westie Maggie Mae. Many of their products can be personalized with whatever you want it to say.
Please visit their sites and splurge on a prezzie for your favorite dog.
