Norman the Pug is our "Sunday Dog" today. We found him at the Roslindale Farmers' Market, resting from his exhausting job as "Intern of Taste" at My Dog Ate It Catering.
He was also monitoring the water bowls his lady had set out for other thirsty dogs who were visiting the Market. Norman wanted to be sure the bowls were full, clean and ready for visitors.
He also asked us to tell you about his company. To make sure we do it right, we're taking the answer from his own site:
What does My Dog Ate It Catering do?
"We offer fresh-baked treats delivered right to your doggie door and also offer full-scale event catering for your furry family members! From birthday cakes to dog beer, we've got it all."
When you click over to learn more, be sure to visit the section on Pug rescue. For every breed of dog there are rescue groups who take in animals in need and find new homes for them.
People are often surprised that they can adopt a purebred dog from a shelter or a rescue group-- but you can. If a Pug is in your future, this site has connections for you.
My Dog Ate It Catering supports many groups that are important to dogs who have issues of homelessness or medical need. Thanks to them and thanks to Norman for taste testing all those treats!
Tomorrow we'll tell you more about the Roslindale Village Farmers' Market.
