Last week I spent some time preparing for an Irish cheese and whiskey tasting this weekend. On Murray's site, I did learn about Irish cheese but also noticed all the resources they make available to students of fromage.

While I adore our local cheese purveyors, and shop locally whenever possible, I have to feature Murray's today because I've learned so much from their site.
